Rain, rain, go away
Published Date: June 13th, 2007Well, we are sitting here in office today staring out the window at rain, rain and forecasts of more rain. All I can think about is lunch though. Where does one go when it is raining and you are not a “car driver”? Well, couple of choices. You can take out that emergency bowl of Chef-Boy-Ardee that has been hibernating in your bottom work desk drawer for months and months. OR…..you can order delivery. Yeah, yeah. Spare me the speech on making those poor delivery people go out in the weather. That is what they are paid to do. So, I thought today we could compile a list of our favorite places to order deliver from. So…..

You know what, that’s been our #1 question about Savannah - where on earth can you get food delivered from? We have a few answers - Vinnie’s, Loco’s, Sketchy Chinese Place #1, Sketchy Chinese Place #2, and, well, we haven’t found any more. I’m not counting chain pizza places.
I would kill a man to get some delicious Thai food downtown, AND make sure they deliver. We used to order probably once a week in our old city - perhaps that’s why I’ve lost 26lbs since moving here.
