Blog My Dust ‘07

Published Date: May 25th, 2007

In light of recent comments, a new (yet friendly) competition has come to terms. Starting Monday May 28 at 9am (Memorial Day…no “work” excuses) and lasting until Sunday June 2 at 5pm, every blogger is encouraged to begin a week of consistent blogging. This may be once a day, once every six hours, or once an hour. The goal is to push yourself to blog more consistently than you have been doing. We can all use a good prod! Every blogger is also encouraged to incorporate images and videos including, but not limited to, Flickr posts, appropriate YouTube videos, Evoca recordings, etc. Again, the goal is to blog more consistently but also to blog about things relevant to life here in Savannah, personally, culturally, and professionally. Here are the rules:

1) You must RSVP to this challenge no later than midnight May 27.
2) All entries must end with …blog my dust (let’s show up on the search boards, at least)
3) Each blogger must post a minimum of one entry a day
4) Each blogger must comment to at least two other blog posts also participating in the “contest”

I think that covers it all…whose in?

I tend to hedge on commitment…I’m thinking about it…

Do you want “blog my dust” linked to this post? or just the phrase?

:)
hkj

Just the phrase will be fine. I am already planning. Y’all better be prepared. (OK..so I am not planning. That would take the urgency out of the post) but I am gonna whoop up!

Is it too late to RSVP? Baby Averie got me all distracted and I forgot.

Consider yourself in!

Um, I’m a loser. Larson just reminded me to pull my head outta my ass and that BMD started today. My bad. RSVP? Pretty please?

Consider your head (which now smells disturbingly like ass) out and your RSVP accepted. hahahahaha.

I’d be in, but I’m almost a day late and a dime short. =O(

Join us anyway!

I sure will. =O)

People hate johnny-come-latelies–but can I play?

We love love love Savannah……My hubby went to school in Charleston, and we get over to that area as often as we can. I’ll mention these to him when he gets home and we go on a much needed vacation!

Hello. I LOVE Savannah. I rececently visited for the first time this May 2007. I stayed in the Historic District. I went to celebrate my fourth anniverary. I must say that I have fallen in love with Savannah. I can’t wait to go back.
