Subway in SAV?
Published Date: February 3rd, 2007About 1 AM a friend of mine was having a beer at the Rail when she noticed a rather fit (nerdy) sort of guy sitting at the bar. He was surrounded by several larger dudes. He wasn’t particularly attractive so I hear but he was quite nice. Anyway, after two beers it turns out my friend was in the company of Jared, the Subway spokesman. Imagine that! The man who became famous for losing weight eating Subway sandwiches was now sitting at a bar packing sugar and wheat right to his A*#. Whatever the case, he was in town for the 5K today and was seeing Savannah yesterday. Ah, yet another celebrity sighting in Savannah!
