The flesh of our brothers

Let’s face it. Who doesn’t like nudity? Seriously. What is there to not like about nudity. Sure there are some people who are a bit more out of shape than others. But when there are no tight wastebands to bulge the skin at the midsection or underclothing to restrict the natural gravitous flow of nature, nudity is quite nice. Why all this talk of flesh though? Well, because Spencer Tunick is coming to speak at SCAD-Savannah tonight. When I first heard about this I was hoping he was coming to stage a picture of Savannians and their ‘low countries’. But, alas, he is only coming to speak. Still pretty exciting. I won’t speak on his numerous arrests or his battle with Guiliani in the New York Supreme Court. That will come out in the wash if you attend the lecture. What I will do though is point you to his website and to tell you that you can hear Spencer talk about the difference between nudity and pornography at 7:30pm at the Lucas Theatre. I hope to see you there!

Hi,
Well you did see me there, umm “in the flesh” so to speak, though I live in Ohio and couldn’t attend. If you saw Cleveland, or Buffalo, or Milford or Lyon I was in there somewhere.
